We had a fantastic night at our 'Book and Bear' night in St.Mary's Carland. Children wore their Pyjama's to school and parents came along to read bedtime stories and have their supper. Mrs Martin chatted to the children and parent's about bedtime routines with the aim of promoting a good bedtime routine at home. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves snuggling up and reading a good book, then having their supper before going home and getting ready for bed. Their wasn't a games console, Television or Ipad in sight.
