Children's Mental Health Week is coming up next week, taking place from 3rd - 9th February.
This year’s theme, Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, offers a wonderful opportunity to focus on children's mental well-being and explore ways to support them emotionally.
Helping children understand their feelings and the reasons behind them can promote emotional security and resilience.
This year
Place2Be have linked their theme with the Inside Out characters from Walt Disney.
During this week, our children will take part in a variety of lessons and workshops that will encourage them to explore their feelings for personal growth and to improve their wellbeing.
