To mark Children's Mental Health Week, our pupils took part in a live online art workshophosted by Sinead McDermott from the Art and Design Factory.
Following the theme of Children's Mental Health week, Let's Connect, our pupils started the week by switching off and remaining in the present moment, similar to a meditation. Sinead gave the children the opportunity to tap into their imagination and express themselves.
Art education enables our children to grow in self confidence, help their mindset and overall wellbeing as they relax in the creative process.
