Following an educational, interactive workshop delivered by Barnardo's back in February, all pupils recently took part in a fun, fundraising activity in the week prior to the Easter break.
Each pupil took the responsibility of looking after an egg for a week (hard boiled, of course!). This EGG-citing challenge proved popular among the children, with many of them designing their own egg car seats, storage boxes and decorative accessories.
In exchange for the pupils learning about caring and social responsibility, the school made a donation to the charity on behalf of the egg-cellent efforts of all its pupils. Each pupil also received a chocolate egg for their egg-traordinary levels of care.
