P5 Fire Safety Talk
6th Nov 2019
On Tuesday morning Martin from the Fire Service came along to talk to our Primary 5 children about Fire Safety both in school and in the home. The children identified a range of fire hazards and met a few fire heroes to help them keep safe in the case of an emergency. The children recognise the importance of knowing both their postcode and address, having a bedtime routine that involves turning off appliances and blowing out candles, frequently testing smoke alarms in the home and having a fire escape plan with their family.
Thank you to Martin for a very informative talk.
